Sorry for no posts in a while guys but I have been very busy working on my clients accounts.

I have been building and maintaining a very large PPC campaign for one of my customers using Google Adwords and I am now increasing their PPC campaigns across to Yahoo’s Overture PPC system. Now as I am transferring over the campaign in full and trial running before making adjustments for variations in results I needed a quick and fast way of transferring the entire PPC campaign.

To do this I decided to export my Google PPC campaign as a delimited csv file in order to upload it to Yahoo automatically but this did not work as expected and no campaign was uploaded.

The only choice I had left to me was to contact them by email and hope that they could give me some advice. A few days later I received a response and to say the least I was pleasantly surprised. Instead of passing me to a preformed bit of text which has been my usual experience from Googles customer service they asked me to send them the unedited csv file to them and they would take all the necessary actions for me.

Anyway, I just thought I would share that pleasant experience with everyone as one good dead deserves another. I promise I will be adding more articles to this site in the very near future so keep your eyes peeled or just subscribe to my RSS feed to automatically be updated of the latest news.
